To help combat this, ditch the phone one hour before bed, burn off excess energy with a yoga flow and write in your gratitude journal, which will help ground your thoughts. 

Taurus (April 20th - May 20th)

There’s nothing more that you love than relaxing in soothing environments while surrounded by calming scents, and this is why essential oils will lull you to sleep in seconds and help you snooze like a baby.

Lavender is a go-to for relaxation and better sleep, Chamomile is great for alleviating insomnia as it helps reduce anxiety, and while Bergamot is known to be part of the invigorating citrus family, it can actually help slow heart rate, lower blood pressure and reduce feelings of anxiousness.   

Gemini (May 21st - June 20th)

As the social butterflies of the zodiacs, Geminis are constantly juggling a variety of hobbies, careers and friendship groups. They’re always connected with others, whether it be in person or virtual. 

To help calm your mind, writing a to-do list in the morning will help you focus throughout the day and keep you on track at completing tasks. Cancer (June 21st - July 22nd)
