Our products are designed to last for years to come, meaning you’ll need to buy less over time. Our linen is grown in France and our cotton in Turkey, then woven into sets in China under strict GOTS-certified supply chain standards. We’ve partnered with the same factories for nearly 10 years to maintain consistent quality and uphold strong working conditions, with all suppliers meeting BSCI certification requirements.
2. We Say No to Excessive Plastic
Our products are packaged in linen and cotton and shipped in a 100% recyclable cardboard box, so you’re not left with excessive plastic and waste each time you place an order.
3. Our Carbon Neutral Commitment
As of mid-2019, we are 100% carbon neutral. We offset 100% of the emissions our business is responsible for, and are certified through these guys. This means we measure, reduce and offset our greenhouse gas emissions with biodiverse reforestation planting in south-west Australia. In time, it will help fight climate change, promote sustainable development and re-establish the environment.
4. Better for You, Better for the Planet
We are GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified, ensuring our products are made using organic farming methods free from GMOs and synthetic chemicals, with responsible water use, ecological pest control, ethical labour practices, and full traceability from farm to finished product, with all final goods tested for harmful substances.
Why We Chose Linen
Our signature flax is grown in France and then turned into sets in China under ethical working conditions. We use eco-friendly dyestuff across our entire range and are OEKO-TEX 100 certified (so, no nasty chemicals in your Threads).
Not only is linen one of the most luxurious and stylish fabrics, it's also one of the most eco-friendly. The entire linen crop is utilised and it is a renewable, biodegradable and recyclable resources, meaning it won't rot in landfill.
Linen is incredibly durable, stain-resistant, and ultra-absorbent, meaning your sheets feel dry and fresh for longer. Flax linen is the ultimate in year-round comfort, keeping you cool in summer and cosy in winter thanks to its high air permeability which helps your body temperature regulate. Our Organic Cotton is sustainably cultivated in Turkey, a region with a rich history in high-quality cotton production thanks to its perfect growing conditions. It is then turned into sets in China under ethical working conditions. Every step in the process - from picking to spinning and stitching - is vetted by GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) to ensure the criteria for their gold standard certifications are met.
