Care & Warranty

Spot clean small marks with warm soapy water. For any larger stains, we recommend a professional steam clean.
Always test any cleaning solution in an inconspicuous area first.
Vacuum fabric regularly to remove surface dirt and dust to avoid stains penetrating.
Clean surface stains as soon as possible, taking care to not rub the stain into the fabric. Most stains may be treated with dry-cleaning fluid or upholstery shampoo.
We recommend baby wipes for spot-cleaning.
Do not use bleach or other harsh chemicals.
Do not rub the fabric when cleaning. Instead, work inwards from the edge of the stain with a clean absorbent cloth, using a dabbing motion with a clean section of the cloth for each dab.
Do not make the fabric too wet when spot-cleaning and allow to dry naturally in between cleans.

We suggest positioning furnishings away from direct or prolonged sunlight where possible as this may cause natural fading or discolouration over time.

Warranty: Bed Threads Furniture is covered by a 24-month warranty on all defects. The warranty period expires two years from the purchase date. Please retain proof of purchase for any warranty claims.

Shipping

Bed Threads Furniture will incur a shipping charge for all bulky items within Australia. Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping on furniture goods to other regions at this time.

Please allow 3 to 10 business days for your furniture to arrive. Note bulky furniture orders must be signed for upon delivery and will only be delivered curbside. For heavier items, arrange to have extra assistance to carry your items indoors. You will be contacted by our shipping carriers with an estimated delivery window after placing your order which should give you ample time to prepare.

Change of mind purchases can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange. All return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer, so please choose carefully and read all product details before making a purchase. Items must also be returned in original packaging, so please be mindful when unpacking your furniture pieces.
