What's the latest I can order and still get my gifts in time?
We suggest placing your orders as early as possible, and you can find all the latest shipping information here. Due to high seasonal demand, the safest bet is to get your Threads with a few weeks to spare. If you do happen to leave it too late, there’s always our digital gift card.
I want to have my gift delivered directly to the recipient. How will they know it’s from me?
If you’re planning to send your gift directly to your loved one, you can add a personalised gift note at checkout, which we’ll send to them upon delivery via email or SMS or both. They’ll know exactly who the package is from, and will be able to thank you for your excellent taste in gifts!
How does the digital gift card work? Can I specify when and where I want it delivered?
Our digital gift cards are simple. You can include a personal message, select a generic or holiday design, and have it delivered to your inbox or theirs. You can also choose to send it right away, or schedule it to arrive on a date of your choosing.
