Change of mind purchases can be returned within 60 days for a refund or exchange, provided the items are still in their original packaging and unused.

So i left a 3 star review that someone emailed me about, but it's not showing here. There's a reason they have so many 5 star reviews, it seems they don't allow any reviews less than 4 stars to appear on the website.
The fit is so so bad literally cut straight down (that's actually in their measurements on another separate measurements page on this site) - so huge in waist and skin tight on hips. I didn't know what to select on the sizing rating because they are simultaneously too big and too small. Maybe if you have a concave butt it will fit.
The customer service is confused and won't answer my questions. They also sent me two shirts and no shorts on accident for the short set i ordered.
Bummed cause I'd been eyeing these for years and decided to treat myself for my birthday, it's been a bad experience.
I do have some sheets and a duvet that I've had a couple years and they are good quality.

This would fit someone who has a straight down shape, it's not for anyone who has an athletic or curvy booty and thighs. So bummed cause I've been eyeing these forever but it's yet another clothing item cut for someone with no butt :( I usually wear a size small so that's what I bought and the hips and butt are skin tight, not what I want out of pajamas. Also the waist is huge and even with the string it's hard to tighten it enough, although it wouldn't fall past my hips anyway since it's so tight. But these are not comfy i will have to return. I don't think a bigger size would be good either the cut is just too straight.
