Terms & conditions

1. The promoter is: BED THREADS LINEN PTY LTD ABN 50619946995 whose registered office is at 14-16/108 Dunning Ave, Rosebery NSW 2018.

2. The competition is open to Australian residents only, excluding employees of BED THREADS LINEN PTY LTD, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

5. The competition duration period will run between 12pm AEST Tuesday, September 21, 2021 and 5PM AEST Friday, September 24, 2021.

6. The winner will be notified by DM after 5PM AEST Friday, September 24, 2021. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

• Follow @bed.threads and @madeline_jovicic on Instagram 
• Like the competition announcement asset posted on @bed.threads Instagram page 
• Comment on the competition announcement asset posted on @bed.threads Instagram tagging at least 1 x friend

8.  One comment equals one eligible entry. An entrant can increase their chances of winning by commenting multiple times.

9. The promoter reserves the right to amend the competition and these terms and conditions. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected or not connected with this competition.

11. The prize is as follows:

• 4 x Madeline Jovicic prints
• 1 x Bed Threads Bedding Set
• 1 x Bed Threads Sheet Set

12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

13. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.

14.The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The winners’ names will be announced via @bed.threads Instagram Stories, which will stay public for 24 hours after the draw.
