What is the return policy?All of our Gallery pieces are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund. We suggest selecting your artwork carefully, and reading all details and descriptions prior to purchase. Delivered artworks must be opened within 24 hours of receiving them to ensure no damage has occurred during transit. Can I use a discount code on Gallery pieces?
No, all our Gallery pieces are not eligible for purchase with a discount code. However, Australian and US customers may apply points (known as Bed Creds) from our loyalty program Dream Club towards your purchase for discount.

Are all artworks original?
Yes, all artworks have been created exclusively for Bed Threads Gallery. Each artwork is a one-off piece, and ceramics are one-off or created in extremely limited quantities. Once sold, these pieces will not be available again.

How will these be shipped?
All Gallery pieces will be shipped directly from the artists and may take an additional 3-5 business days to arrive. If Gallery pieces are purchased together with other items, the Gallery item will be shipped separately. All Gallery pieces are professionally packaged to properly protect the artwork and ensure safe transit.
