Care & Warranty

Clean with a light touch.
To remove dirt and dust, apply a damp cloth with light pressure, taking care as most of our designs are crafted by hand.
If a cleaning liquid is used, ensure it is not abrasive or corrosive bleach-based. We suggest using dish soap.
Avoid scratching or staining delicate surfaces by always placing down any ceramic object with great care. When moving from one spot to the next, lift it up gently instead of sliding or pushing.

Warranty: Bed Threads Furniture is covered by a 24-month warranty on all defects. The warranty period expires two years from the purchase date. Please retain proof of purchase for any warranty claims.

Shipping and Returns

Bed Threads offers free standard shipping on all orders within Australia and New Zealand.

To take the stress out of gifting, we’re offering 60-day returns on all items purchased (excluding final sale items from our Last Chance collection) prior to 25 December 2024. Any gifts returned without an order receipt will be eligible for store credit or exchange of equivalent value.

Standard delivery time after order dispatch is 2 to 5 business days for metro areas. Remote locations may take up to 11 business days.
