One of our favourite ways to find a self care practice that sticks is taking our star sign into consideration. Whether it's high-quality sleep, high-intensity workouts, ocean swims or even writing lists and getting organised, there are simple ways to up your wellness game based on what's written in the stars to help make your life better.
Aries
You should... get some exercise
You're fiery and full of energy, which is powerful – congrats! However, you could probably do with some slowing down every now and then. Not to worry, this doesn't necessarily mean you need hours-long meditation sessions or sleepy yoga classes. Instead, choose an activity that helps you release all that energy, like a game of touch football or some high-intensity interval training, aka HIIT, which you can even do at home.
